My name is Tiara, a proud Seattle native and licensed cosmetologist with nearly 15 years of dedicated experience in the beauty industry. Throughout my career, I've honed my skills across diverse salon environments—from prestigious luxury establishments to intimate boutique studios.

While I'm passionate about all facets of beauty artistry, my transformative five-year tenure at a blow dry bar stands as the cornerstone of my professional journey. This experience not only refined my technical abilities but profoundly shaped my growth both as a stylist and as a woman, ultimately inspiring me to explore broader horizons within the industry.

This passion led me to immerse myself in the science of Black hair and product formulation. Today, I'm developing an innovative line of professional hair care products specifically engineered for stylists working with natural hair on Black women. My mission extends beyond products—I'm committed to enhancing the salon experience through customized solutions and comprehensive education for beauty professionals.
