My name is Tiara, and I am a proud Native from Seattle, Washington. With nearly 14 years of experience in the beauty industry, I have worked in a variety of salon environments, ranging from large luxury establishments to intimate studios.

Throughout my career, I have developed a deep passion for every aspect of the industry; however, my most cherished experience was my five years at a blow dry bar. This experience not only helped me grow as a woman and stylist but also ignited my desire to explore further possibilities within the beauty industry.

To deepen my understanding, I began studying the science of black hair and how to formulate products. This journey has led me to develop a growing line of professional hair care specifically designed for stylists working with natural hair on black women. My goal is to enhance the salon experience through tailored products and ongoing education.
